spacious room, beautiful bathroom, fully functional kitchen
Heating system could be more efficient!!! Floors get really cold without heating!!! Electrical socket issue in the bathroom needs better maintenance!!! No staff presence at night made us uneasy!!!

We loved the spacious room with a cozy kitchen and comfy beds. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a short tram ride to major spots like the Duomo. The supermarket nearby was super handy for quick meals with the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more blankets would be great for the chilly nights.

The room was spacious, but I had to pay extra cleaning fees unexpectedly.

The room had a good layout with ample space for three people. It was a split-level apartment with a cozy feel. The location was definitely a highlight, just a quick tram ride from the Duomo. However, the heating wasn’t consistent, as our apartment was on the -1 floor and felt cold at times. Learning about the extra cleaning fee of 9 euros upon check-in was unexpected, especially since there was no cleaning service during our stay. Hot water in the shower was limited. only one person could enjoy a warm shower at a time due to the boiler situation. Additionally, there were no tea bags provided, which felt like a basic amenity that was missing. Overall, it’s a decent option if unexpected fees and limited services don’t bother you.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect, super close to Duomo. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a functional kitchen that made meals a breeze. Just a heads up, the hot water was tricky, had to flip a switch, but it worked fine in the morning!

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during our adventures to the Duomo Cathedral and Sforzesco Castle. The kitchen was great for group meals and the reception was super helpful, even with our luggage after checkout.
Getting there via public transport was a bit tricky, and there weren’t clear directions provided.

Perfect Base for Exploring Milan
Spacious split-level apartment with comfy mattresses made our stay enjoyable! Close to a supermarket and transportation, which was super convenient. Enzo at reception gave us great tips for local dining spots. Just be cautious with hot water timing in the mornings—one shower at a time!

Family travelers worthy stay
The staff was super friendly, like, genuinely helpful. We had an easy check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable enough for my family of four. Plus, the tram station right outside made it a breeze to get to the city center and the Navigli area, which was packed with great places to eat.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
