Heating system could be more efficient!!! Floors get really cold without heating!!! Electrical socket issue in the bathroom needs better maintenance!!! No staff presence at night made us uneasy!!!

We loved the spacious room with a cozy kitchen and comfy beds. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a short tram ride to major spots like the Duomo. The supermarket nearby was super handy for quick meals with the kids.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more blankets would be great for the chilly nights.

However, the heating wasn’t consistent, as our apartment was on the -1 floor and felt cold at times. Learning about the extra cleaning fee of 9 euros upon check-in was unexpected, especially since there was no cleaning service during our stay. Hot water in the shower was limited. only one person could enjoy a warm shower at a time due to the boiler situation. Additionally, there were no tea bags provided, which felt like a basic amenity that was missing. Overall, it’s a decent option if unexpected fees and limited services don’t bother you.
